Vintage 9ct Gold Clasp Pearl Necklace in Vintage Ciro Box Receipt

A stunning 9ct gold clasp cultured pearl necklace, with a beautiful amethyst clasp, accompanied by its original Ciro of Bond Street box and receipts.

The paperwork includes a payment receipt from E. Dingle & Co (Dingles) Department Store, Plymouth, for one "real cultured pearl necklace" and an amethyst and crystal clasp. There is also a Certificate for Ciro of Bond Street that states that the pearls used are "the genuine product of cultured oysters" (ie. that they are real cultured pearls.)

The date is difficult to decipher, but I believe the receipt is dated 1963.

The necklace is stamped for 9ct gold to the clasp, and to the clasp of the safety chain.

In really nice vintage condition, with a secure clasp. This is a beautiful vintage necklace, unusual in that it is offered with the receipts and box.

This would make a wonderful addition to a collection, or a fabulous vintage gift.
